New step. IBM
2008 December 14 2008
I am very happy to tell you about this new step in my projection that is IBM.
At the time of putting my goals, I determined that it was necessary to enable me to undertake professional as possible, or want to improve my skills to the fullest. Train and start some mini projects require a minimum even funding, which needed a job a little more "formal", but there was another condition at the time of going to somewhere (because working in a "normal" goes a little find the entrepreneurial mindset of many) that was added when or if something in my toolbox.
My new job was to join important knowledge for my future and in that sense IBM was a great opportunity that I opened for the following reasons:
- It's an ultra successful company, huge (too big) so I can see from the kidney organization, learning from the good things and detecting those anomalies to improve.
- I went into Software Distribution (now better tell them that is) that is particularly concerned with providing services (a form of outsourcing) worldwide, preferably those parts of the world where there is a major economic difference, both in income, as in the exchange rate.
- Never work in an office or with systems people thus far did not know the concerns "general" given in such places and in business, I work best with the team, or what I have as a priority.
- The sector is responsible for the great Rodo Nasif (His blog is New Leadership ) which is great for seeing in practice, those practices (pun intended) that I preach in the future and start learning with a person with whom tune quite turn and admire.
Particularly my position is a specialist in Software Distribution, in a nutshell there are large companies, who need all their machines any software, update, patch, or a database, then we take care to make the distribution of the "package" in all machines that the client requested.
I find it very interesting that industry and discover things that come under the heading "I have no idea that there are" and helps me to think new services possible. I am convinced that the country should export as many services as possible, as we like food, because the costs of living with the First World are very large and separate tip the balance of trade in an incredible way. I know it sounds easy, but it is so difficult, although I prefer to develop better in another post.
I hope to be very useful to the company and my industry, and in turn, learn as much as possible, I made a sponge, absorbing everything I can.
Greetings!

Joaquin
Nothing better to know in order to walk towards him, no?
I commend you greatly for this great achievement and I hope you can get at IBM more tools to finish taking your place among the successful Argentine enterprises. This can be accomplished in a few years and / or within three or four ventures, but the important thing here is that you know where you are going
You know to tell me!
A hug
Joaquin Congratulations!
And you get the most benefit!
a hug,
Lisandro
Joaquin Thanks for the post!
After a few months to follow you on Twitter, I have more context you were doing at IBM.
It's a great opportunity that you got now. This Anios first mark you, both in knowledge and in relationships, as in "soft skills" to acquire. So much to do .... IBM is a company that changes, why not be part of the generation to change it?
Intrapreneur is the idea.
I have fond memories of my time at IBM in 1985, where I happen to find businesses in my field, and work with people who still today encounter.

My most sincere congratulations, and hopefully you can take out all the juice from the experience. I am convinced that the economic retirbución is negligible compared to what you learn.
And my only advice is this: Differentiate. Be the best. I know different.
The potential you have it, I can say habiéndote seen once.
Greetings, and successes.

).
While I knew of your income to IBM, I take back to congratulate you and wish you every success (you know, according to Daniel's fate is for the mediocre
You're a guy with a lot of guts and enthusiasm, no doubt a bright future awaits you.
See you tomorrow PVN8.
Embrace,
Diego.
Dear, a taste laburar with you. I know I am quite selfish at this point, since I love with people so enterprising laburar because I learned a lot. Companies like IBM are changing a lot, but constantly require fuel, this "food" is people like you.
As I always say, get the juice to all experiences, and count on me to know that you need.
An honor laburar with you
Embrace!
Rodo
I agree that we need a step for any company to nurture another one just before starting a big way. I believe very important to understand all the politics that revolves around an organization. Interests, unions, bids, that is not taught, it is lived and sniffs in situ. We must take advantage of being wrong (it is true, there are companies who tolerate it and others not) because I am a believer that practice makes twice that of the successes. There they encounter and deal with people taken over but much more important is tanned with the "fucking" those who stand above all envy, greed and seem to enjoy putting sticks in the wheel to the people (I too like to call mediocre).
In summary, I consider it a right step. It's really amazing how you have your goal clear and the small steps you taking to achieve it.
A greeting.
Boys and girls, I have no words to thank you, have no idea what it's worth each of its words, it is sometimes hard, sometimes there is no time, but have no idea the positive impact of each letter and energy they can generate.
I hope to see them in person and thank them one to one
Joaquin, I told you personally, is a big step, not one more, especially considering what you want.
All I can add is to put into practice the skills learned in the seminars with Juan Carlos, you will greatly help to achieve your big goal.
This way take it as a venture in itself, as you follow step while learning such as transit.
Greetings, we are!
Success in this new stage. The same professionalism that will give you the future will help you as an entrepreneur!. Max.
no matter where you are, it was still GOOD PEOPLE LIKE TO NOW.
