I want to improve the quality of life of others

When putting on a pole or a big goal (which encompasses the rest of my goals) I always had some doubt or dispute on the issue was something that was in my head, my heart, but could not pass with the words correct.

I always saw that my own happiness or fulfillment, was closely related to happiness or fulfillment of the other, then as soon as I can together make a person feel happier or full (I think to have these two characteristics must also be be calm) my level of happiness, fulfillment, and others will increase.

For a long time I thought the solution was to earn much much money as I see most is running after the carrot without stopping. Then give them a carrot, would give them a lot of ease, comfort, security and fulfillment. But what I realized is that money can provide reassurance, comfort, safety, but financially!, The other problems, cracks, or as they want to say, persists and even money can act as an enhancer of problems, if not it's clear what you want.

So my goal was to improve the quality of life of others.

The first circle to cover the family, then friends, then people which their views and generate a sense I align with mine, and finally the whole community.

Then:

  • What is the quality of life: for me the quality of life, not the quality of financial life is not having A / C in all parts of your home, but people with better quality of life, are those them feel more full with their activities, their lifestyle, with its path and its road ahead.
  • Like the better? Not necessarily money, I think that in some cases the solution must be that, but not the majority as it looks today. I think the solution is not to tell people to do is a mistake committed inadvertently. The right solution seems to help people overcome their own breaks, to define their own pole, ultimately to find fulfillment.

But another point that must be added to all this is the massive, if I can infer that a person positively, and there is a chance to do it in two, I prefer it in two. My contribution was that perhaps can not be the same degree, but perhaps the germ of institution doing the right things most people can then play it for me!

In short, the conclusion is DESIRE TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE. Not a magic solution for everyone, but agree to the concerns of each.

You may wonder what this has to do with having a big company?, I think from a large organization can do many, as we increase our resources in every way to provide solutions. I think my country needs my help in particular ( I think the world is not happy) and the current policy does not seem the best way to solve things.

So with this statement beginning to take its first steps as is an athlete in the moments before a big leap.

The biggest challenge in a business. Yourself!

In several examples, such as Kodak or other large corporations that go bankrupt or lose a lot of ground in your business, we often conclude that the problem is that they were not ready, they could not or would not see the change. Now I asked myself if I am ready as an organization to make all changes necessary for success, because as a human being willing to change aspects not being carried me down the road than I expected or understood as successful?

This is a shot a little post of my friend William Moralez called "My only venture: My Life" added to that seen in classes CETEAN about companies that did not have the vision necessary to make the necessary changes or worse, those they could make the change but did not, perhaps not prosper or ruin your present (currently being leader, but with great intrigue that position will be occupied in the future) or many times for not having "eggs "necessary to do and stay in your comfort zone.

I think Juan Carlos , once told of Tiger Woods (not the detail, but very general history), where it really proved to be the number one, not only to have the aptitude for the sport, but to have a mind capable of producing the necessary changes and have the 2 golf balls to take it and implement it.

Today I realized that to be committed to a vision, you must first engage with oneself and with the possibility of change, to things that today we can bring happiness, let alone those we know are wrong, but still doing.

The question is am I willing to make a change that may not want to accept, I do not want to see, to alter my "comfort" today? SI. Do I even need to be left-handed!

Attitude Vs Aptitude

Entrepreneur born or made? A question more than usual lately. I now ask you, is enterprising skills or attitude? or to succeed with a emprendemiento, of which we shall have more in the balance?

CQC Looking for a couple of weeks, I asked people from the rock environment, if you were a rock star for attitude or aptitude. I must say that I believe are needed both, and what's more, we can see how some people possess both (Charly Garcia, Maradona for example), but you can usually see if fitness prevails (say Cristian Castro, once my ex took me to see, has an incredible voice, but not asked to pitch) or attitude ( Sandro is the Argentine example, that without a great voice, an achievement to be number one in Latin America with an overbearing attitude).

From my point of view, take the way we know, in which one person, two or a small group aims to create something from nothing, a great company, great product, or something that the rest is inaccessible, or involves a fee if more attitude than aptitude. Because to undertake large-scale need not be a specialist in the subjects concerning the venture, or be a great economist (even without knowing it is a business plan could be achieved if investing millions) . What is needed is punchy , push, energy, dissatisfaction with the existing, and passion to see something which does not exist or does not seem possible and convince others that this is the best thing to happen.

Someone may have skills to do a startup, because it was at a college where they really formed with everything you need and maybe his father was an entrepreneur, giving all his advice, but I tell you to do something really amazing must have entrepreneurial attitude the heart. My in particular is the only thing that gives me a happiness that is almost similar to that felt with love, more than once. That feeling in the chest is unique and that this entrepreneurial attitude or future entrepreneur by reading this, you will be agree with me.

I believe that entrepreneurship is that the key is to awaken these attitudes, or those who already have these attitudes, it has to work more to increase their skills. The area

In a very good blog about personal productivity called the basket , I found the following post which talks about "the zone ". The same concerns when we get to be in those moments where conseguis absolute concentration on what you're doing, with the consequence of losing track of time completely.

In the post to give some tips on things to do to stay long in the area. Like being on a subject I know, but where there is always something to learn, you must also be challenging, we should encourage us to do and have a fast reaction (The times I remember being in the area when I was in charge of making the windows of technology, Pasban hours and hours, lost sales, but I was excited very much and kept me with full attention to what he was doing, the quick response I had was every two minutes to see if it was running or not)

As entrepreneurs (not necessarily people who have your business, but people with attitudes to change things), but it is important to leave the comfort zone , the most important thing that our entrepreneurial activity in the area. When we talk about the passion we must do things, focus, energy and other attributes, we refer to many of the things we found in this area.

Another important fact to know that you can, think that there is the possibility of achieving my goal more difficult it may seem. The way to accomplish something impossible or not known, first thinking it is possible and there, after checking which way to take us to our destination and so work in our step by step, fully focused.

Something very important is to get away from bad areas, like the criticism. It is a normal attitude, which inadvertently fall by the people around us. Where no real reason everything is wrong, everyone is complaining and complaining transmits culture. Ex: There's this underground that is filled! If it is a crap, they have to fix it! Because he's always bad! It travels like cows! Where perhaps it is 6 pm and a subway is coming less than 3 minutes each, for 90 cents! Another example is in the more traditional works: This work is a m ...., Underpaid, are a lot of hours, they ask you anything, in such other place x charge more. But no one says how to improve things, or do something to improve it, only complain as martyrs, on top of you where you work x who charges more, but installed another critical area where charge more but have more problems and head does not value what they do ( you told pumpkin? ). L or important is to make an important and significant act to cut it, but if you do not succeed ANDAT!, Because most do not want it going to affect you.

In this brief presentation I try to convey what inspired Vinzón Marcelo in his workshop in creativity.

The leads have to abandon our box on the known and we are located on the totally unknown. It's a bit out of the comfort zone , but in order to obtain genuine new insights and achieve effective innovation, key to our future .

I reiterate that it is something short, the idea is to transmit power to motivate, to inspire, to confirm and strengthen.
